The 67 Throws of Kodokan Judo

Kodokan Judo, previously known as Kano Ju Jutsu, is the predecessor of Gracie Jiu Jitsu.  The evolution of the sportive development of this version of Ju Jutsu lead the rules to dedicate most of the training to standing throwing techniques.  Please take a look when you have a moment at the development of Judo towards 85% standing techniques and 5% ground grappling, the other 5% would be the Goshin Jitsu (self defence situational techniques).  The goshin jitsu techniques are within the katas after the black belt level.
