11 Sep Acaí Berry Bowl Recipes
Grapple-Berry Acai Bowl
Juice 1 Apple and a small handful of grapes
Blend with:
One Peeled organic Pear and
Two Acai Bricks
Pour into Bowl
Add organic plain Rice Puffs or Kamut puffs
Chopped Dried Figs or
Chopped Fresh Figs
Sprinkle:
Raisins
Cacao Nibs
This Recipe will make your Jiu Jitsu 72% better, and should be eaten as a meal with some water or coconut water on the side.
Note: This recipe does not call for bananas. I will publish another one with bananas shortly.

Traditional BibiSucos Style Acai
Juice 1 apple and a 1 inch disk of watermelon
Blend with:
2 bricks of acai
1 banana
Chop 1 banana on top
Garnish with fresh grapes
Sprinkle Cacao Nibs
