29 Sep Helio Gracie Weekend Activities

Hey everyone!

Please come down this weekend to help celebrate Helio Gracie Day at our academy.  We have a couple of great events planned.  Should be an amazing weekend ahead! Saturday, September 30 we will be doing 104 minutes of training, drilling and rolling starting at 12pm followed by an online live interactive seminar on Sunday Oct. 1 at 3pm with Rener and Ryron. Looking forward to it.  Come on down, both sessions are open to everyone.
