I’ve been thinking about a goal that I’ve made recently.  I want to avoid getting sick for a certain time period.  I don’t want to say how long, but just to be sure, if I reach it, I will extend it again.  In order to get to this goal, I realized I would have to improve my habits and routine.

I wonder if we can make a list of top tips just in a simple itemized format to keep our health top notch here:

  • Whole food eating
  • Washing hands
  • Proper sleep
  • Intermittent fasting
  • Plenty of moderate exercise and some intense exercise
  • Stretching
  • Deliberate Breathing
  • Meditation
  • Sunshine
  • Food medicine- Garlic or Oregano Oil
  • Mental health practices (travel, reading, personal development)

I do intend to grow this post, as there is more to it than just that.  I want to start this conversation as it does seem to be a vast field that is quite personal, but also gets ignored from time to time.  I hope this helps to start, and if you have thoughts and feelings on it, please approach me in person, or by dm.  Looking forward to it!
