How to Keep Your Progress Going

Hey guys, I’d like to share a step-by-step guide of how to use Gracie University, your tracking sheet, and fb live or zoom to keep your progress going during this time.  There are two types of people out there, people who don’t have a training partner, and people that do.  Both types can improve at this time!  Please watch the video, follow along, and keep your Jiu Jitsu strong!  You, your family, and your community depend on it!

  1. Print up your tracking sheet from our blog below, or your email.
  2. Watch Lessons on Gracie University and give yourself a single checkmark.
  3. Attend fb live or zoom classes and give yourself a single checkmark with a red pen
  4. Classes with a red pen will not require a live verification seminar upon return.
  5. Classes with a black checkmark will require a live verification seminar upon your return.
  6. If you have a full card, and a training partner, you may click through the Testing Center on Gracie University and perform the test you would like to do.
  7. You may be promoted during this time, if not, we will get you caught up, as soon as we re-open.

The most important thing for people with a partner is to remain consistent and train regularly at this time.  The same is true for people without a partner, but you will want to visualize and verbalize the lessons, and therefore improve your skills.
