Please take note of this month’s Calendar.  We will be closed this Saturday February 7th, but will have the Fundamentals and Women Empowered classes on the Sunday as a make up.  Secondarily please take note that we are open on Family Day and Valentine’s Day.  Feel free to bring a loved one that day as we have decided to bring back “Bring a Friend day”.  If you have a friend you have told about the many benefits of Jiu Jitsu, this is your chance to bring them out, don’t worry we will make them feel welcome!  Any questions?  Have a great month, and looking forward to it!
