I understand that, according to the Tuition Agreement I signed, there is a 30-day advanced notice that is required for cancellation unless cancellation was made for one of the following three reasons:
- During this 30-day period, you are entitled to attend regular weekly classes within the allotted frequency outlined in your membership agreement. Classes attended after the cancellation date will be subject to a drop-in fee or reactivation of a membership.
- If you become disabled for at least three (3) months during the membership terms and that disability is confirmed in writing by a physician. You have the right to an extension and/or termination of the agreement; this termination will require a 30 day written notice.
- If the school is closed for a month or more, you are entitled to an extension of the agreement. In the case that the closure is not the fault of the facility, the choice of remedy is the school's.
- You may cancel this agreement if the student changes residence more than 40 km from the school; we require written proof of a new permanent address. Your cancellation is effective 30 days after the date of move or 30 days after official notification to the school, whichever is later. A residence investigation may then be conducted.
